Senior Full Stack Engineer, Digital Experience

Salary: $180,000 - 270,000 per year Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience designing, implementing, and testing product components
• 1+ year of leadership experience driving projects from requirements through release, including directing other engineers
• Experience using AI to produce production-quality code and familiarity with current AI development tools
• 6+ years of combined professional experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or an equivalent stack
• Nice to have: experience with TypeScript and C/C++
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lead, track, and support multiple concurrent initiatives with rapid context switching
• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and networking infrastructure
• Angular and NoSQL experience are a plus
• Eagerness to use AI tools to improve development speed and process efficiency
• Willingness to work primarily from our Bellevue office in line with our policies, unless on PTO, business travel, or approved leave

• Work across the full software development lifecycle, building applications end to end across the stack with a blend of frontend and backend work
• Design, build, and maintain customer-facing and internal web applications using AI design tools, Java, Python, Angular, and TypeScript
• Experiment with AI-enabled approaches, new technologies, and architectural patterns such as containers and micro-frontends to drive innovation
• Partner with engineers and stakeholders to define requirements and move solutions from concept through production
• Lead project execution and coordinate the work of other engineers
• Own team activities including design, development, unit testing, code reviews, documentation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
• Continuously apply AI to accelerate development and reduce software delivery and maintenance friction
