What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Support residents in maintaining their highest level of independence
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist with meal support, engagement, and daily routines
• Foster a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families through quality care and companionship

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
