Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $3,215 per week

Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel 2 years of prior experience required (must have 2 years exp in large, urban hospital) Drips are required on all floors EPIC charting experience required First timers NOT accepted (will consider if the traveler has 2 years of experience at a Level l Academic Medical Center) Will float within scope to meet facility needs (this includes potentially floating to Bellevue campus). Units may include, but are not limited to 4CS, 5 West, 6 Neuro, 4/5 Lied, 6/7 Lied, 7 HVU, 8 Werner, 9 Trauma, Bellevue MS, Observation, SOTU. In addition to CNAs, care teams include care techs, transport team, swoop/paramedics. LPNs are assigned on some, but not all, floors. 100% NICOTINE FREE FACILITY Weekends: 4 weekend shifts out of 8 possible in an 4-week period. Days: Saturday and Sunday. Nights: Friday night and Saturday night. RTO restrictions: Up to two weeks of RTO permitted. RTO must be submitted with application. Additional requests after confirmation at manager discretion.
