Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans and targeted outreach campaigns to build robust talent pools. Leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract passive and active mission-aligned candidates. Collaborate closely with department heads and program managers to define job specifications and understand unique team needs. Facilitate strategy sessions to set hiring timelines, structure interviews, and minimize bias during the selection process. Candidate Experience & Selection Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring funnel.
