CNC Lathe Programmer

CNC Lathe Set-Up & Programmer (Day Shift)We are hiring a CNC Lathe Set-Up & Programmer (Day Shift). This role requires experience with setting up, programming Mazak CNC lathes and producing parts to print. You'll be responsible for turning raw materials into high-quality components that meet tight tolerances and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram and set up Mazak CNC lathes (Mazatrol)Select tooling and set up fixtures per job specificationsPerform first-article and in-process inspections using precision measuring toolsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelersTroubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs as neededMaintain safety and cleanliness of the work areaOperate multiple machines when requiredQualifications5+ years of CNC lathe set-up and programming experienceMazak/Mazatrol experience strongly preferred, if not must have similar 3 axis lathe expAbility to read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, bore gaugesAble to lift 30 lbs and stand for full shiftsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentBenefits401(k)Health insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceEmployee discountVacation/PTO
