Work Location On‑Site (5 days) Internship Program Trane Technologies Internship Program provides current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company’s leaders, and networking opportunities. Candidates working toward a Bachelor’s in Software Development or Computer Science may work on a variety of assignments such as prototyping new technology processes, developing application enhancements, analyzing technology efficiency, researching new solutions, operating with object‑oriented and web application languages, and performing data analysis. Responsibilities Prototype new technology processes Develop application enhancements Analyze technology efficiency Research new solutions Operate with object‑oriented and web application languages Perform data analysis Qualifications Performance‑driven, innovative leadership mindset, with strong collaboration and customer focus Full‑time availability during the summer (no more than 40 hours per week) Part‑time availability during the school year (no more than 20 hours per week) Currently enrolled in a BS/BA in Software Development or Computer Science with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher throughout the internship Junior‑year status or completion of relevant entry‑level courses Demonstrated enthusiasm for computer science through personal projects, school clubs/teams, tutoring programs, or related hobbies U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship Ability to collaborate effectively, solve problems independently, and communicate when assistance is needed Skill in prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient completion of work Compensation Base Pay Range: $20–$28 per hour (approximately $19.33–$22.98 based on prevailing rates) Safety Information Safety Sensitive Role: No Legal / EEO Statement We are an equal‑opportunity employer; all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, pregnancy, age, marital status, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any legally protected status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
