Absorb Software, a leading global AI-driven learning platform, seeks a seasoned Commercial and Technology Transactions Counsel to join our remote-first team. In this role, you'll negotiate B2B SaaS and enterprise software agreements, draft and refine vendor contracts, data privacy terms, and IP provisions, partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, and Security to close deals. You'll bring a JD with admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction and 5+ years of experience in technology
