Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake Lutherville‑Timonium, MD | $33–$38/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents improve independence, confidence, and participation in everyday activities through hands‑on therapy care. What You’ll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Assist residents with functional mobility, self‑care activities, coordination tasks, and upper extremity exercises. Support individualized rehab goals using therapeutic activities and adaptive strategies. Encourage resident participation while creating a positive therapy experience.
