Remote Licensed EAP Specialist - Crisis & Counseling

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an experienced Licensed EAP Specialist to perform telephonic, solution-focused assessments of behavioral health benefits. The role is remote, with a Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST schedule and the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. In this position you will take calls, triage for crisis and eligibility, initiate referrals, document clinical notes, and provide short-term problem resolution and authorizations for outpatient care, while ensuring risk is #J-18808-Ljbffr Optum
