Cytokinetics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director, Counsel, Corporate Securities & Governance to oversee SEC compliance, governance and strategic financial matters in a biotech environment. You will partner with Finance, IR, and executive leadership to ensure accurate disclosures and strong governance practices. Based in South San Francisco, the role reports to the SVP, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and will coordinate with a broad set of stakeholders on capital markets #J-18808-Ljbffr Cytokinetics, Inc.
