Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Support nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered
• Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff within the unit
• Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Operating Room (OR) experience required
• Ability to work day shift hours onsite

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a scrub or circulating role within a hospital OR setting
• Familiarity with OR protocols, sterile technique, and surgical workflows
