Join a collaborative YMCA-based health and wellness center where you'll treat a diverse patient population ranging from orthopedic to neurological conditions, while also having access to aquatics and pool-based therapy to expand your clinical skill set. Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Compensation: $75k - $90k plus $10k sign-on bonus + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
