Workplace Coordinator

Salary: USD22 - USD24 per hour Position Summary Beacon Hill is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day workplace operations, hospitality services, and onsite event coordination within a dynamic corporate environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless workplace experience through exceptional customer service, event support, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $22.00-24.00/hour Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite Key Responsibilities Support daily workplace operations and hospitality services Coordinate room setups, meeting space configurations, and event readiness Assist with catering setup, hospitality stations, and food and beverage service Perform workplace walkthroughs to ensure spaces remain organized and presentation-ready Support guest check-in, visitor management, and badge distribution processes Serve as a liaison between workplace teams, vendors, and event stakeholders Monitor vendor performance and elevate operational issues as needed Provide exceptional customer service to employees, guests, and visitors Assist with event logistics, guest flow management, and operational execution Maintain workplace standards, safety protocols, and service excellence initiatives Support Front of House operations and respond to guest requests Coordinate resources and equipment needed for meetings and events Conduct event readiness reviews and post-event operational assessments Qualifications 2+ years of workplace experience, hospitality, facilities, front desk, event coordination, office services, or customer-facing operations experience Strong customer service and hospitality mindset Experience supporting meetings, events, or workplace operations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving Comfortable collaborating with employees, visitors, vendors, and leadership teams Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Proficient with Microsoft Office applications #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
