We are specialized in Yakitori (Chicken Skewers). It is one of the unique Japanese cuisines. We are the only Yakitori restaurant in the U.S. that has received a star from Michelin for seven consecutive years and 3 Stars from New York Times. The guests are looking forward to enjoying the Japanese food culture and coming from many countries. This is a high-end restaurant and is very crowded.## General requirementsThose who could work long-term and have experiences in the food industry, some knowledge in Japanese cuisine or if you are Japanese, will be highly welcomed.
