Interior Finish Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Interior Finish Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage interior finish & commercial projects from start to completion. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in reading construction plans, coordinating trades, comfortable with client interaction, and ensuring high-quality results that meet schedule and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all phases of interior finish work for commercial construction projects
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely project completion
- Monitor job site safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes
- Maintain detailed daily reports and communicate progress with project management
- Resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience reading and interpreting construction plans
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in interior finish & commercial work
- Proven track record in managing commercial construction projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Spanish/English Bilingual is a plus
