Responsibilities include communicating with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options, reviewing accounts and assisting with updates or changes as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement, maintaining accurate records and documentation of interactions, and collaborating with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.

Qualifications include strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and listening skills, being detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience, previous experience in customer service or account management preferred, and the ability to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
