Front Desk Coordinator

Part Time Front Desk Coordinator – Friday & Saturday Only "Open Up" to a Whole New Dental Experience. Our practice partners with North American Dental Group to provide the necessary support for ensuring excellent patient care. Must be willing to travel between our Spring Hill and Franklin offices – Friday and Saturday only. Responsibilities Dependable and skilled in quality control, handling financial information, performing insurance verification, and preparing end‑of‑day reports, keeping patients worry‑free. Perform clerical tasks such as sorting, opening, distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying; answer phone calls and provide information to callers; greet visitors/patients; schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments. Explain procedures and/or services to patients using dental knowledge. Present financial policies and arrangements to patients; collect co‑payments and verify insurance coverage as appropriate. Track appointments due to no‑shows, cancellations, and late arrivals. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred). 1–5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred. Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new programs as needed.
