This role is ideal for someone who loves organization, enjoys multitasking, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Manage appointments, schedules, phones, texts, and guest communication. Keep the front desk running efficiently throughout the day. Support salon operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory, laundry, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Recommend memberships, retail products, and salon add-on services. Help create a five-star experience for every guest. Work closely with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new software A strong multitasker who stays calm under pressure Friendly, professional, and dependable Self-motivated and takes initiative A team player who enjoys helping others Preferred Experience Administrative or office support Medical or dental office Spa or salon front desk Hospitality Scheduling/customer service Retail sales Salon experience is not required. We will train the right person.
