Position Summary:


The Product Manager will work closely with business executives, sponsors, stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and represent the business logic into a SaaS solution to solve returns. Product Mangers will communicate with our design and engineering resources on a design first approach to deliver, oversee and review the progress of projects from inception through roll-out and release, ensuring that the roadmap stays aligned with business goals.

  • Collaborate with developers to identify enhancements or new solutions
• Practice Agile methodologies
  • Present progress and iterate based on feedback
  • Maintain and communicate the vision of the project to the development and UX/UI teams to ensure alignment
  • Build strong relationships with all internal teams (technical and non-technical)
  • Develop and maintain a product backlog with priority ranking
  • Establish project budget, timelines and ensure results meet requirements
  • Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions
  • Participate in team planning meetings to provide advice, clarification, and guidance
• Strong organization skills and ability to identify dependencies, blockers and decompose complex problems
• Research and understanding of the latest trends and how to incorporate relevant emerging technologies while maintaining daily operations

• Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing tasks
• Work through product initiation process to develop scope of work, BPMN process diagrams, and any supporting work to document needs
