What You'll Do:

• Generate new business through door knocking, referrals, and networking
• Perform complimentary roof inspections
• Meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters
• Educate customers and recommend roofing solutions
• Manage leads and follow up using our CRM
• Close sales and build lasting customer relationships

What We're Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

What We Offer:

• First 90 Days: $35,000 annual base salary + commissions
• After 90 Days: Base salary + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
• Average earnings: $65,000–$98,000+
