Job Overview:

Pay Range: $20.00hr - $26.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong surgical scheduling or coordination background.
• Familiarity with hospital administration processes and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical scheduling and coordination duties.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Answer the telephone system promptly and gather screening information.
• Take, relay, and manage messages.
• Provide routine information to callers.
• Support senior-level staff as required.
• Interact effectively with all levels of staff with a professional demeanor.

Nice to Have:

• Associate's Degree in a related field of study.
• 1-2 years of experience supporting senior-level staff.
