$15.25–$17.50 per hour | PRN | All Shifts

• Provide hands-on assistance with personal care needs such as dressing, hygiene, and transferring.
• Perform routine household tasks, including tidying resident spaces and helping with laundry services.
• Assist during dining services while encouraging residents to remain as independent as possible.
• Accurately record resident information and report updates through the electronic Point of Care platform.
• Create positive interactions and engaging experiences that support resident well-being and social connection.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and unexpected situations while collaborating with the care team to maintain a safe environment.

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• CNA or STNA certificate (preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in assisted living or healthcare (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and observational skills
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
