Your mission: help every candidate and employee feel seen, supported, and set up to succeed. As our Talent & Employee Experience Coordinator (Bilingual), you’ll blend recruiting coordination, onboarding excellence, and day-to-day HR support to create a seamless journey—from first contact to thriving team member.
How you’ll make impact
Amplify hiring: craft job postings, review resumes, arrange interviews, and keep communication flowing.
Elevate onboarding: prepare documentation, orchestrate orientation, and ensure new hires have what they need on day one.
Safeguard our data: maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HRIS entries.
Be a trusted guide: answer routine benefits questions and route issues to the right experts.
Strengthen culture: contribute to engagement initiatives, recognition, and team events.
Grow capability: coordinate training sessions and track participation.
Champion consistency: support policy and labor law compliance across HR processes.
Continuously improve: participate in HR meetings and share ideas to streamline our work.
Keep us organized: manage filing, document workflows, and correspondence.
What you bring
Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish (required).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or an administrative role.
Experience with HRIS/HR databases; strong Microsoft Office skills and HR tool familiarity.
Foundational understanding of HR practices and labor regulations.
Exceptional organization and time management.
