Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist
Option Care
Option Care Health, the nation’s largest home infusion provider, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist in Jacksonville, FL. This entry-level role supports safe pharmacy services, collaborates with nursing and other clinicians, and educates patients and caregivers on medication use in the home setting.
You will assess patient suitability for home care, design care plans, monitor outcomes, and ensure accurate dispensing while complying with DEA regulations and USP standards.
