What You'll Do Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile bank, balance sheet, and general ledger accounts Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to improve processes Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and special projects Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 1 years of accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of GAAP principles Experience with ERP systems and Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
