General Production Worker

Job Description

Position Summary

Smith Graphics Inc., is seeking a reliable and motivated General Production Worker to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily production operations — The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and eager to learn multiple aspects of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery to cut large tape rolls into custom-sized rolls
Package and box finished products accurately and efficiently
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all company safety and production procedures

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Valid driver’s license required
Must have a clean record and be able to pass a drug screening if requested
Previous warehouse or production experience preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay
Full-time, steady hours 7:00 - 3:30
