PMP Certified Senior Project Manager

To support the firm's strategic initiatives, the full-time remote PMP Certified Senior Project Manager will lead the Enterprise Project Management Office, manage complex projects, mentor a team of project management professionals, and establish standards and methodologies for project delivery. Key responsibilities Lead the development and scaling of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) while ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives Oversee end-to-end project delivery on high-visibility initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met Design and implement standardized project management methodologies and tools, continuously improving processes across the firm Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred PMP certification or equivalent mastery of project management methodology required 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including 3 years in a PMO leadership role Demonstrated experience in establishing PMO functions, governance frameworks, and resource deployment models High proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project, or Asana
