Compensation and Schedule Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary: $87,693 Schedule: Flexible shifts and coverage; may require additional hours, days, and varying schedules to meet business demands. Oversee cycle count execution, inventory audits, discrepancy investigations, and inventory‑related reporting. Provide direct leadership to inventory associates; coach employees and support compliance efforts. Monitor inventory performance, resolve variances, and partner with Operations, Receiving, and other functional teams to maintain accurate records and support customer service objectives. Perform root‑cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and drive accuracy initiatives. Support facility Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain daily reports for GMP, safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, and maintenance. Develop and maintain inventory control systems and cycle count program, including recoup/repack/return/recycle processes. Facilitate hold process for the local site and provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates. Track day‑to‑day facility inventory costs and communicate results to appropriate team members. Ensure daily communications and shift meetings provide the necessary information for employees to consistently perform well. Promote positive customer relationships. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Functions Support the facility KPIs consistently meet or exceed established goals. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports. Develop and manage the facility cycle count program and inventory recoup/repack/return/recycle program. Skills and Abilities Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up on work. Effective verbal and written communication with customers, employees, peers, and management. Self‑directed with minimal supervision; capable of working independently or as part of a team. Experience managing individual performance and employee relations. Fast‑paced environment flexibility and self‑driven excellence. Multi‑tasking, highly organized, excellent time management. Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices. Intermediate computer skills; familiar with Warehousing Management Systems (WMS). Exposure to Lean principles, systems, and tools (beginner preferred). Knowledge of OSHA (intermediate preferred). DOT and Hazmat knowledge if required (intermediate preferred). APICS certification (intermediate preferred). Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred. Two (2) years or more in manufacturing/production/distribution inventory required. Two (2) years or more supervisory experience required. Two (2) years or more PC inventory and accounting skills required. Two (2) years or more in problem‑solving skills required; experience with formal Root Cause Countermeasure Systems preferred. Intermediate computer skills required. Exposure to Lean principles, systems, and tools (beginner preferred). Knowledge of WMS (intermediate preferred). Knowledge of OSHA (intermediate preferred). DOT and Hazmat knowledge if required (intermediate preferred). APICS certification (intermediate preferred).
