Position: Canvass Managers Canvassers Team Leaders

Immediate Hiring – Join a Fast-Growing Team!

We are expanding and looking for outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our field team. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and support to help you succeed from day one.

This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and building valuable communication skills while creating long-term career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Canvass neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about home improvement need
Identify opportunities for roofing, windows, siding, and bathroom remodeling projects
Educate homeowners on current promotions and financing options
Schedule appointments for free consultation and presentation – no selling required!

Qualifications:

Outgoing personality
High energy money motivated
Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
Must have a car or a truck

Compensation:

Salary, Commission/Bonus
