Position: Canvassing Manager

Lead and grow a high-performing canvassing operation by:

→ Interview and hiring top talent
→ Training and developing team members
→ Managing field territories and coverage plans
→ Driving appointments, performance, and KPIs
→ Coaching teams to improve results
→ Creating winning field strategies
→ Working alongside sales and marketing teams
→ Building a motivated and positive team culture

What You Bring:

Leadership experience managing field or canvassing teams
Home Improvement industry background
Strong coaching and recruiting abilities
