Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with packing, loading, and unloading their belongings safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all items are handled with care and arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns during the move.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and successful moves.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Assist in inventory management and tracking of moving equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in moving or logistics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Basic knowledge of packing techniques and moving best practices.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.
