Job Summary

The Client Services Assistant is often the first point of contact for Farrell Insurance Agency and is responsible for creating a positive, professional experience for callers, clients, visitors, and team members while providing accurate and efficient administrative support.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Provide a positive and professional first impression to callers, clients, and visitors.
• Comply with agency policies, procedures, and documented workflows.
• Answer and route incoming communications accurately and efficiently.
• Perform assigned work promptly without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
• Maintain organized records, schedules, and administrative information as assigned.
• Use agency phone, computer, and office systems appropriately and professionally.
• Share knowledge and cooperate with team members to improve agency operations.
• Participate fully in agency meetings and departmental reporting requirements.
• Identify and communicate ideas that may improve agency processes, procedures, equipment, or tools.
• Adapt to changes in responsibilities as agency and client needs evolve.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• General internal office environment.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, operate a computer and standard office equipment, communicate with clients and coworkers, and occasionally move about the office.
