I'm excited to have opened my State Farm agency in 2026 and am building a team from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I spent 30 years in financial services with Jackson National Life, where I developed a passion for coaching, leadership, and helping people achieve their goals. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with my family, including my two children and our dogs. As a new agency, we're focused on building lasting relationships with our customers and creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. As a Customer Service Representative with Michael Cardenas - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
