Assistant Store Manager

Overview Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals. Responsibilities Partner with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations, including merchandising, product launches, and meeting sales objectives. Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience with AT&T products and services. Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed. Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals. Qualifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry Prior management experience Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls. Compensation Annual base salary ranging from $57,000.00 to $85,600.00, plus up to $18,000.00 in commissions when sales goals are met. Weekly hours: 40, regular time type. Location: USA:CA:Santa Clara:2002 El Camino Real.
