Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll provide accurate, timely, and professional support to customers with questions about their accounts, programs, benefits, policies, and services. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced customer service environment.

In the Role

• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, identifying needs and providing clear, accurate information.
• Research and resolve account questions or discrepancies, taking ownership through resolution and escalating when needed.
• Review, update, and maintain accurate customer information across multiple systems while protecting confidential data.
• Clearly explain programs, benefits, policies, procedures, and account requirements.
• Accurately document customer interactions, actions, and resolutions.
• Navigate multiple systems and resources to efficiently research and complete customer requests.
• Follow established policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless customer experience.

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in customer service, call center, or another customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous contact center or call center experience

Location: Fort Worth, TX On-site

Hours of Operation Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Schedule This role is scheduled 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., Monday-Friday (40 hours per week ), with opportunities to move to other shifts as openings arise
