Bennie, a remote-first employee benefits platform, is seeking a People Operations Generalist to own the employee experience across the lifecycle. You will drive operational excellence, data integrity, and scalable processes using modern HR tech, while aligning with Bennie’s values and remote culture. Reporting to the VP of People, you will implement automations, maintain HRIS workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance across states, enabling Bennie to attract and retain top talent nationwide. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bennie
