People Operations Generalist

To support a growing remote-first team, the full-time People Operations Generalist will manage and improve systems, processes, and programs that enhance the employee experience while navigating global employment challenges. Key responsibilities Own day-to-day People Operations tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management Coordinate recurring People programs and partner with EOR providers on global employment and immigration matters Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance the scalability of People Operations processes Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations at a fast-paced tech company Hands-on experience managing employee data across HRIS and People systems with a focus on accuracy Experience supporting a remote team and familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and Zoom Knowledge of global employment practices, including experience with Employers of Record (EORs) is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring operational processes effectively
