Our client, a growing specialty contractor, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead project managers, superintendents, and field personnel while helping drive the next phase of organizational growth. This is a highly visible leadership role that combines operational oversight, team development, process improvement, and strategic execution. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day construction operations across multiple service lines. Manage and develop project managers, superintendents, and field teams. Improve accountability, communication, and operational consistency. Drive workforce development, training initiatives, and leadership growth. Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and expansion initiatives. Oversee project execution to ensure safety, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Construction operations, project management, or field leadership experience. Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
