This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure and organization to complex operations, and takes pride in delivering a seamless experience for both internal teams and external partners. *This role requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday, aligning with core hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST) to ensure consistent, real-time support and a high-quality customer experience.* What You'll Be Doing Lead day-to-day branch operations, ensuring a smooth, organized, and high-performing office environment Manage correspondence, communications, and document preparation, maintaining accuracy and professionalism across all materials Coordinate meetings and DSF training sessions, including scheduling, agendas, presentations, and follow-through actions Act as a central liaison between internal teams, external partners, and the Sales leadership team to ensure alignment and effective communication Identify and elevate operational issues, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement Partner closely with leadership to optimize operational processes and support overall business objectives The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Equitable Pay and Benefits: Equitable Total Rewards Program What You'll Bring 5+ years of business operations experience, with a proven ability to drive efficiency and support high-performing teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and responsibilities Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent judgment and proactive decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels Willingness and ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 license within the first year Skills Continuous Learning Understanding of the rationale behind the necessity to continually learn and grow and the ability to seek performance feedback and identify approaches to improve own performance and that of others. Document Management Knowledge of document management; ability to categorize, integrate, update, document and distribute business information in a secure, effective way. Effective Communications Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Managing Multiple Priorities Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. Project Administration Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects. Results Orientation Knowledge of the importance of meeting or exceeding established targets; ability to drive critical activities to completion.
