Branch Operations Manager

About the Role The Branch Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Equitable’s Overland Park, KS branch, ensuring efficient office workflow and supporting the sales management team. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, document preparation, and scheduling. Organize and facilitate meeting and training sessions, including agenda creation and follow‑up. Act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders, coordinating with the sales management team. Triage and resolve escalated operational issues. Qualifications 5+ years of business operations experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining discretion with confidential material. Proactive decision‑making and collaborative mindset. Willingness to obtain a FINRA Series 7 license within the first year. Knowledge of document management, effective communication, multiple priority management, project administration, and results orientation. Benefits and Compensation Base salary range: $60,000 – $70,000, with additional performance‑based incentives. Equitable offers medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
