Supporting the Group Protection Operations Team, the full-time EDI Onboarding Associate will manage EDI onboarding and implementation projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure a superior onboarding experience for customers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Monitor EDI requests, ensuring timely responses and proper file formats for processing Act as a liaison between Account Management, internal EDI resources, and third-party partners to facilitate efficient onboarding Participate in pre- and post-sales calls, advising on onboarding approaches and potential automation changes Required qualifications 0 - 1+ years of experience in EDI setup and automation or 1+ years in customer-facing roles within Group Protection Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to apply concepts such as probability, statistics, and modeling to practical solutions Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of degree) Strong customer service experience
