Responsibilities In This Role, You Will: Responsible for responding to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues through various types of correspondence. Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation and updates in all required systems for each work event. Identify root cause of issues and concerns and determine resolution. Maintain and organize all pertinent back up information to substantiate payment postings as necessary. Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. On calls, where applicable, our agents must offer and explain the value of non-regulated products and services (for example: home wiring, surge protection, and water heater repair). Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Ideal Candidate Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience desired. Previous call center/customer service experience preferred. Exhibit strong attention to detail. Good mathematical and analytical skills required. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a team fostered environment. Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment. Ability to prioritize and organize work. Work Environment Office environment. Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds with or without accommodation.
