Customer Service Representative We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role helps customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and other store services while providing an excellent in-store experience. Schedule MondayFriday: Store open 10 AM 6 PM Team hours: 8:30 AM 6:30 PM Saturday: Half-day shift Closed on Most Federal Holidays What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling Paid Notary Public certification (if required) Career growth opportunities Friendly team environment Key Responsibilities Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services Operate point-of-sale system, printers, and store equipment Process orders and provide product/service recommendations Support store promotions and marketing Sort and manage virtual mailbox mail Fingerprinting Processing Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Strong multitasking and communication abilities Detail-oriented with good time management High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license required Retail/POS software experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs If you enjoy working with customers and staying busy in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
