This position will oversee an entire function, market, or operation segment and ensure financial and operational success through clear and accountable leadership of project management teams. The ideal candidate will show extreme ownership, be highly accountable, and ALL-IN for the financial and operational success of the segment they oversee.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Own operational and financial success of an entire function, market, or operational segmentTranslate organizational strategy into executable operational plans and measurable business outcomeDevelop and implement scalable operational processes that support efficiency, quality, safety, and growthEstablish and maintain operational priorities that support strategic business objectivesEnsure appropriate allocation of labor, equipment, and operational resources to meet project and business demandsMonitor operational performance metrics and adjust plans to address changing market conditions and business needsOversee budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cost control, and operational financial planningDrive financial discipline and operational performance improvements to achieve revenue and margin targetsPartner with senior leadership to support business growth and long-term financial objectivesAct as a key operational leader in organizational planning, decision-making, and market growth initiativesServes as a strategic leader of a team of Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Program Managers, responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.Build high-performing teams through coaching, talent development, succession planning, and performance managementOwn, drive, and execute team KPI's to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard successUpholds ADB's safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organizationPerform additional responsibilities as neededSUCCESS FACTORS:Ability to travel nationwideA strong belief in ZERO - Being safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedProcess improvement skills with the ability to streamline efficiencies within a team environmentSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsLeadership skills- ability to lead and motivate a team to meet project goalsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)WORK ENVIRONMENT:This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phonesThis role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environmentWhen working on site, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed bootsEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:5-7+ years of technical field experience and/or multi-regional project management experience required3-5+ years of operations leadership experience requiredBachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license with the ability to travel nationwide is requiredThis position pays between $135,000 and $220,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
