Laboratory Technician

Laboratory Technician Location: Bonita Springs Pay: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour (based on experience) Overview We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to support testing and research activities in a structured lab environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands‑on experience, as well as candidates with some related laboratory background. The position involves performing experiments, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Perform laboratory tests and experiments in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and test protocol instructions Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of procedures and results Prepare, sterilize, and maintain laboratory equipment and materials Assemble and support testing of laboratory devices or setups Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes Stay current on laboratory techniques and best practices Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field preferred Entry‑level candidates welcome; pay will vary based on experience Understanding of research and development processes and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Compensation

• 25.00 per hour for recent graduates with little to no experience
• 26.00 to $27.00 per hour for candidates with relevant laboratory experience
