Role: Staff Accountant

Location: Santa Clarita, CA – Onsite

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 / year

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join a rapidly growing beverage manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with manufacturing or CPG experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, GL accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations .
• Assist with cost accounting, standard costing, job costing, and inventory .
• Support AR/revenue accounting and financial reporting.
• Assist with inventory reconciliations and cycle counts .
• Support audits, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accounting schedules and analyses.
• Partner with Operations and Finance to resolve accounting issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting experience .
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting .
• Manufacturing or CPG experience strongly preferred .
• Experience with cost accounting, inventory, job costing, or standard costing .
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with a cloud-based ERP; SAP preferred .
• CPA coursework/progress is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite in Santa Clarita. Hybrid flexibility may be available in the future.
