We're not going to sugarcoat it. This is a physical job. You'll be on your feet for 8 hours, lifting 50-100 lbs repeatedly, and doing real hands-on warehouse and assembly work. We're looking for experience and skill in related environments with proven work history.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Hands-on assembly work following detailed instructions
• Heavy lifting - 50-100 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift
• Bending, reaching, stretching, kneeling, stooping - the full workout
• Running quality checks and catching issues before they become problems
• Packaging finished products and getting them stored properly
• Recording production weights and keeping your area clean
• Reporting anything that looks off to your supervisor - safety or quality

What We Need From You

• Ability to read and follow work instructions (no shortcuts)
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Can communicate clearly with your team
• Physical ability to stand 8 hours and lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly
• Reliable transportation - you need to get here every day
• Flexibility for occasional overtime when the work demands it

The Details

• Pay: $18.00/hr to start, raise potential after hire-on
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (occasional early outs)(required OT when advised)
• Breaks: 10 min paid break every 2 hours, 30 min lunch at 11 AM
• Position: Temp to Hire
