Inspector Packer - 3rd Shift

Job Description Cielo is seeking an Inspector/Packer for a 3rd shift position in Ashland. Responsibilities Inspect and pack bags to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards. Responsible for scrap, efficiency, and product quality on product line. Ensure that box/tote counts are accurate as per the bag specification. Ensure that quality standards are upheld and that any suspect or defective product is reported for review and decision. Work as a team with others assigned to machine, including helping operators as needed. Practice 5S, Good House Keeping, and Machine Sanitation per company standards. Learn to pack all bag specifications and at all machines in production facility. Complete all documentation completely and accurately. Assist in the training of other Inspector/Packer personnel. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: No previous experience required, on-the-job training provided. Specific Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Equipment & Machinery: Pallet jack. Computer Experience & Software: Basic computer skills.
