Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Packaging Line Operators in Ashland for a clean, organized manufacturing environment. You'll work Monday through Thursday, giving you Friday, Saturday and Sunday off every week while earning $18/hour.
This is a good fit for someone who is dependable, pays attention to detail, and enjoys keeping a fast-moving production line running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Monitor the production and packaging line to keep product moving correctly
- Check finished products for proper assembly and packaging
- Supply caps, boxes, and other materials to the line
- Identify and report product or line issues
- Help maintain consistent product quality
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow established safety and production procedures
- Work with your team to keep production running efficiently
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Previous manufacturing, packaging, machine operation, or production experience is helpful
