As a Service Advisor, you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. Well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. Responsibilities: Answerservice calls, set and confirmappointments Writerepair orders Act as a liaison between the technician and customer Assistyour client through the service process.
